Winstructor has released a new package of videos for Learning Terminal Services on Windows 2008. Whilst only containing 5 videos, it certainly does cover what you need to know in order to understand and get Terminal Services working in your company. Of the 5 videos the likely-to-be-favorite would have to be the video on RemoteApp since that’s really what Terminal Services is all about installing Applications and making them available to your users. In this video Winstructor demonstrate how to install Office 2010 and get it work via a web page, RDP file, MSI and file extension associations.
In the other videos you’ll learn how to install Terminal Services, License Your Server (included is a nice lesson on choosing the scope), work with the Gateway’s (creating TS-CAP and TS-RAP’s) and even Load Balance using the TS Session Broker.
The price for these videos is a paltry $49.95 and are recommended for anyone that need to learn about Terminal Services on Windows 2008.
